On January 9th, the 2025 Annual Supplier Conference of Guangdong Rongyuan International Trade Co., Ltd. was grandly held in the Qinghe Hall of the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center. At the beginning of the conference, Chairman Mr. Liu Rongqing delivered the opening speech. He provided an in-depth analysis of current industry market trends and reviewed the solid history of cooperation between both sides, pointing out the clear direction for future collaboration. Based on market trend judgments and past cooperation experiences, Chairman Liu explicitly proposed this year's core development direction—Strengthening Process Management to Achieve Quality Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement—anchoring goals and building consensus for the upcoming in-depth collaboration.

Costing Department: Representative Ling Shiping delivered a thematic presentation, breaking down every key link from the refinement of costing standards to the paths for cost optimization. His sharing combined professional expertise with practical thinking, providing clear and actionable cost-control guidelines for future cooperation.
Technology Department: Manager Xie Hongcang directly addressed industry pain points. Focusing on the core issues of long pattern-making lead times and low reproduction accuracy over the past year, he accurately analyzed the root causes and proposed systematic optimization ideas and solutions. This laid a solid technical foundation for improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality.
Supply Chain Merchandising Department: Supervisor Chen Dan focused on full-process order management. From refining order follow-up standards to ensuring highly responsive problem-solving, she proposed new collaboration requirements aimed at guaranteeing smooth order flow through standardized and efficient process control.
Supply Chain Production Department: Manager Ye Wenmin centered on quality, delving into key breakthroughs for quality improvement. Ye clarified specific directions and implementation paths for enhancing quality, conveying Rongyuan's unwavering commitment to excellence in our products.
Supply Chain Leadership: Head of Supply Chain Zou Hua presented the annual work review and planning. Through four major dimensions—core data review, key problem analysis, improvement plan implementation, and future direction planning—Zou provided a comprehensive overview of the supply chain work for 2025. This gave attending partners a clear understanding of the overall collaboration landscape and upcoming priorities.
General Manager Ms. Cai Meihua delivered the concluding remarks. She fully recognized the fruitful results achieved in collaboration with our supplier partners over the past year. Notably, she highlighted that through joint efforts, the on-time delivery rate has improved significantly from a previously low level to now generally meeting expectations. This remarkable improvement is a vital achievement of our synergy under last year's theme, "Upgrading Management, Embarking on a New Journey." Furthermore, Ms. Cai expressed higher expectations for future in-depth collaboration, further strengthening the confidence in our new process management theme and injecting strong momentum into our mutual development.
