To further improve the corporate governance system and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, Guangdong Rongyuan International Trade Co., Ltd. successfully held the election meeting for its first Trade Union Committee on March 6th. Strictly following the trade union constitution and relevant election procedures, the conference completed all agenda items under the principles of fairness, openness, and impartiality. This also marks the first trade union election since the establishment of our company.
Trade Union Committee Members:Through a competitive election (where candidates exceed the number of seats), the assembly elected 5 members to the first Trade Union Committee from a pool of 6 candidates.
Trade Union Chairman and Funds Auditing Commissioner:Among the 5 newly elected members, the assembly conducted an equal-candidate election for the core positions. Ye Wenmin was elected as the Chairman of the first Trade Union, and Zhang Jun was elected as the Funds Auditing Commissioner.
Female Employees' Commissioner:To safeguard the rights and interests of female employees, a competitive election was held, and Zhuo Xiufei was elected as the Female Employees' Commissioner from among 3 female candidates.
The official establishment of the first Trade Union Committee is a significant step in the company's journey toward standardized management. Moving forward, the new committee will earnestly fulfill its duties, act as a vital bridge and bond between the company and its staff, serve all employees, and jointly contribute to the high-quality development of the company.
